Welcome, all music lovers, to the website of the Nottingham Male Voice Choir.

Choir rehearsals are held on Thursday nights at 8pm in St. Mary's Church Hall, Wollaton Hall Drive, Wollaton Park NG8 1AF. (Opposite the Q.M.C.) New members are always welcome. If you are interested then come along to a rehearsal.

The Nottingham Male Voice Choir celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2007 and has continued to sing for a great variety of charitable and non-charitable fund raising ventures during its history.

These have ranged from large scale joint events using Nottingham’s Royal Centre and the Albert Hall and the acoustically superb Southwell Minster to presenting intimate concerts at small care homes.

The choir has also supplied supplementary singers to add to a couples’s wedding music experience and provided the male voice sound at private or family functions.

Sometimes the choir is also  available to help fund raisers with concerts in the Nottingham area.

Concerts can be performed in small venues and the choir can even supply resources like keyboard facilities and programmes.

The choir is also looking for new singers, particularly first tenors. Newcomers do not have to be able to read music.
